These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store. By placing an order through the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Site Terms. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the Bicentech.com Site Terms, you may not use the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store.
These Terms apply only to orders you place using the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store. If you elect to purchase from other online retailers, using links provided on www.Bicentech.com product pages, orders placed with those vendors may be subject to different terms.
Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. Bicen Technology, Inc. may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Bicen Technology, Inc. until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Quantity Limitations
Bicen Technology, Inc. may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Bicen Technology, Inc. may reject any order, or any part of an order. Bicen Technology, Inc. may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers via the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Bicen Technology, Inc. will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
Bicen Technology, Inc. attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Bicen Technology, Inc. cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color. Please make special note of the product options selected (if any). In some instances, the product options selected may make the product look different than the sample product image shown.

Information relating to Bicen Technology, Inc.’s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Bicen Technology, Inc.’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Bicen Technology, Inc., or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Bicen Technology, Inc. will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Prices that appear on the site are BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store prices unless otherwise indicated. BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store prices are not intended to represent the price of Bicen Technology, Inc. products at other retail stores. Prices at other retail stores are set by the retailer.
Security and Privacy
The BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.
When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, Bicen Technology, Inc. will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Bicen Technology, Inc. will issue a refund.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Sales Tax
Bicen Technology, Inc. collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Bicen Technology, Inc. will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Bicen Technology, Inc. is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Bicen Technology, Inc. for the amount of such tax, and Bicen Technology, Inc.’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.
Warranties
The only warranties Bicen Technology, Inc. provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the BICEN TECHNOLOGY, INC. Store are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written Bicen Technology, Inc. documentation accompanying such product or service.
Return Policy Bicentech.com offers no additional warranty on any and all products purchased from bicentech.com. All products are backed by manufacturer’s warranty. Bicentech.com 30 day limited warranty applies only to defective products in which bicentech.com shall, at our sole discretion, replace or repair the defective merchandise. Because of copyright and licensing laws, no returns on software will be accepted once the original package has been opened. Any defective software within bicentech.com 30 day limited warranty will be exchanged for the same title only. If you ordered the wrong item at bicentech.com and received free shipping and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for shipping charges and restocking charge of 15%, and you will be charged for shipping to have the correct item sent to you.
